Make this summer unforgettable with our FREE 7-week summer program, where you’ll learn how to use computer science to make a positive impact in your community while preparing for a career in tech! In the Summer Immersion Program, you’ll learn about:

  • You’ll meet inspiring female role models in the field and get an inside look at the tech world through guest speakers, workshops, fun field trips and more!
  • Your summer will be spent in classrooms hosted at the world’s top companies, like Twitter, Amazon, AT&T, Warner Brothers, and Adobe.
  • You’ll learn to code through hands-on, real-world projects in art and storytelling, robotics, video games, websites, apps, and more. By the end of the summer, you’ll create a final project that solves a real-world problem you care about -- combining your new coding skills with your passions to change the world.
  • As an essential member of our Girls Who Code sisterhood, you’ll be able to learn in a supportive, girls-only environment and make lifelong friendships that encourage you to be brave, take risks, and stand up for what matters to you.

WHAT IS THE SUMMER IMMERSION PROGRAM?
A 7-week introductory computer science course for current 10th and 11th graders (rising junior and senior girls). Each program is hosted within a tech or academic setting in the following cities between June–August.
